Do you find yourself frequently faced with employees who need help, feedback or guidance? Or perhaps there are employees who constantly violate organisational rules and therefore need direction? Equip yourself with proper coaching and communication tools to help your employees improve their performance, or bring their behaviour back in line with organisational procedures.

The MBTI® Type Assessment has been used successfully to improve team engagement processes and interactions in our daily life and work.
